SemanticForms are not displayed correctly when viewing mobile version. Can see example here http://wiki.red-fans.com/index.php?title=Form:Item&useformat=mobile

MW 1.18.10, PHP 5.3.10, MobileFrontend 0.5.77 SemanticForms 2.3.2

Extensions/modules are disabled by default on mobile until someone commits to doing work to enable them on mobile.

Looking at the extension there are various javascript files that will need to tested on mobile and then enabled before this will work.

The developers of the extension will probably also have to review the design of SemanticForms in a mobile environment.

There should be no changes needed in MobileFrontend so moving to SemanticForms extension. Happy to help guide this if there is interest.
