In it.wikivoyage there are two NS unused and useless (Notizia and Elezione), the community has decided that it don't need and would like to remove.

The namespaces don't contain any page, so it's safe to proceed.

sorry, I forgot: also their talks ("Discussioni notizia" and "Discussioni elezione") both empty
