How to reproduce:

1) Go to http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?filter=%21translated&action=translate&tux=1
2) As fast as you can, open the group selector and select FUEL
3) Wait
4) Inspect the list of messages

The list contains messages both from FUEL and from the recent additions groups. You might have to try few times to reproduce.

Expected result:
Only messages from FUEL are displayed.

Another way to reproduce:

1) Go to https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?tux=1
2) Open group selector
3) Select MediaWiki
4) Select MediaWiki (most used)

When using Finnish, first nothing is displayed (because all most used messages are translated), but after a while it loads untranslated messages from MediaWiki and extensions.

I'm reopening this since the patch solves related but different issue. I can still produce both cases described above on master.

I can no longer reproduce the scenarios from the original report and comment 1 with the patch mentioned in comment 4. I asked the reporter to also test.

Niklas verified the patch from comment 4 fixes the issue.
