Selection is allowed in the lightbox flyouts but clicking on the flyout makes it disappear.

This means that you can start selecting text, but as soon as your mouse button goes up the lightbox closes.  This effectively makes text selection useless in the ligthboxes. 

I think we should treat it like a flyout where mouse clicks/touch doesn't dismiss it unless they are outside of the flyout.
