Mail notifications for page changes state that the server name is "localhost":

| The Labs page Nova Resource:Webtools has been changed on 2013-03-08
| by anonymous user 127.0.0.1, see
| http://localhost/wiki/Nova_Resource:Webtools for the current revision. 

NB: The "anonymous user 127.0.0.1" seems to be genuine according to the pages' histories (probably mass changes by Ryan) and not related to the server name.

It was a maintenance script. I added the list of admins to all project pages.

That's not the point. Look at the host of that URL.

This is likely due to $wgServer not being set. It's now set explicitly.
