If we implement JSON Reference, we need to ensure that we can still retrieve a schema in a single request. To do that, the wiki hosting the schema should provide an API method that returns a fully expanded schema template.

We should implement a very strict recursion limit. I don't think there would be much benefit in having more than two or three levels of transclusion ("64k ought to be enough for everybody"...)
