Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

On the Toolserver, if you name a database and it has the suffix "_p", any toolserver user can read it and query it.

From an end user perspective, this is much easier than trying to figure out how mysql permission settings work.
