I updated the favicon on all the wikis using it, but the old WMF favicon as still used by the blog, shop, and probably some other non-wiki things I haven't noticed yet. New version is a clearer copy that supports transparency and higher-resolution displays and can be seen attached to Bug 39361 or in use on any wiki using the foundation logo as its favicon.
