Description Jamie Thingelstad 2013-03-10 14:12:19 UTC
This seems really odd and perhaps it's hitting some odd bug in SMW? I'm running git master branch (1.9alpha) and am seeing an odd behavior on these three pages:

http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Special:Browse/ScummVM
http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Special:Browse/Zimbra_Wiki
http://wikiapiary.com/wiki/Special:Browse/Xijio_Wiki

Note that they all have one property that is a redlink. The redlink is the same as the page name. For example, on the ScummVM page it *looks* like there is a

[[ScummVM::Wiki]]

declaration in the page, but there is not.

These three pages do all have this type of bad definition in their revision history. They were automatically generated and has some problematic "::" strings in them (you can see this in the revision history for each page).

However, this has been fixed for all of these pages a while ago, and even upon resaving the pages these properties that shouldn't be there keep coming back. I don't see any bugs in my templates that would cause this behavior.

I have done global SMW refreshes as well that haven't remedied it. I have not tried deleting all SMW data and rebuilding though (a lengthy process on this wiki).

Hmm, I think this might just be a variant of bug 18406.

For an understanding about the reference you made to "has some problematic "::" strings", see [1].
