Need to fix how/when we enable/disable the upload button on the main screen. Currently it sometimes gets stuck off or on inappropriately.

I think I've improved this but it can still have troubles with online/offline, so I'm told.

Switch to iOS component.

Were planning on removing the upload button all but the description page so marking as wont fix. It'll always be on for the description page unless the image is in transit.
