Works on twn, but not on mediawiki.org. See bug 43347 for the previous bug.

For some reason, when I selected Italian from the URL that didn't work either, but then it did after clicking Translate tab.

Same with normal editor, where on mediawiki.org and Meta the qqq language is not in the dropdown.
