everything after "<page name>" gets ignored:

default filename=abcd<page name>efg

will result in

abcdPAGENAME

I tried it with this exact formulation ("default filename=abcd<page name>efg") and it worked fine for me; so I'm assuming this was fixed at some point. Marking this as "fixed".
