Allow switching the "Incoming Reviews" section so that only unread reviews are shown, i.e., those that the current user has yet to comment on the most recent patchset. Right now unread reviews are differentiated using bold text, but it'd be nice to just see those that need attention.

Actually, now that I realize it, Gerrit also has starring. Maybe do something like Gmail's multiple inbox feature, where you can customize your inbox page.
