Since the schema name provided in PHP controls the table name (among other effects), it would be nice to verify it matched the revid.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/68617 doesn't pass the schema name in the API request, so EventLogging doesn't yet perform this check. Ori says it's coming :)
