Sitemaps no longer link to combined page views report for other projects than Wikipedia. Currently we only track page views to mobile site for Wikipedia, others may follow later. So 'combined view' did not make sense as default.

You can see this on http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikivoyage/EN/Sitemap.htm (link 'Page Views'). Other sitemaps will follow in coming week
