Clearly wrong content ends up in country name field. 

This bug may be obsolete as ip->geo lookup does happen earlier in the process, before WikiCount script is invoked. But since this is about misdirected content beyond geo info, its obsolence would need to be verified.

Maintenance on squid log based reports is on hold, pending replacement or restructuring in a HADOOP context
