Reports at http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/squids/ and http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikimedia/squids/SquidReportsCountriesLanguagesVisitsEdits.htm offer many different breakdowns of our total traffic. All report should mention ignored/discarded/filtered out events. Doing this by counting leftovers in an 'other' category allows us to keep an eye on growing fall-out. Say if 1% is in 'Other' this month and 3% next month, we need to investigate, maybe some data mishap occurred. Also having all reports as much as is meaningful provide a full breakdown of all traffic (all page views or all edits or all server requests) helps to sanity check output.
