gerrit-wm seems to be cycling a lot lately. Basically in the form of quitting (with "Remote host closed the connection") and then re-joining. I'm not sure why. It looks like it's happened five times in past two hours.

Nothing wrong with Gerrit, wondering if some of the changes to ircecho are causing this.

Yep, it's ircecho. Have a fix up: Gerrit change #54681.
