Thank you for your bug report - however, in this case the error is in the content of the wiki and not the software. 

Specifically, a user broke the template used a few days ago by removing half of the HTML tags and a row from that template box: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Indian_Constitution_TOC&diff=544824835&oldid=534987435

I have now fixed the issue: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Indian_Constitution_TOC&diff=545703887&oldid=544824835
