Right now, we've got all of /var/lib/gerrit2/ served from NFS. However, the only thing we really need on NFS is /var/lib/gerrit2/review_site/git/. Other stuff in /var/lib/gerrit2/review_site/ (I'm looking at the cache and data directories especially) don't need to be on NFS. In fact, by moving the cache directory off NFS, we might be able to get a small performance gain.

We still want to keep the git directories on NFS, since multi-master support is looking increasingly likely in the coming year :)
