Useful addition of standard metric for highly visible project.

One blocker is gone: the raw data are in webstatscollector files. 

Still I would expect view counts to be low (by analogy, as they would be for template pages, I suspect most users will see wikidata content mostly embedded in other projects). Hence impact minor.
