The interwiki prefix nb, which redirects to no, does not sort properly. See e.g. http://nn.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Recentchangestext for an example. The link to nb should be at the top, like in the actual source code. I suspect that Wikidata is to blame; and probably what needs to be done is to set nb to be listed at the top of the interwiki list for nn.wikipedia, just like the prefix no is.
It turns out that adding {{noexternallanglinks}} to the source "solves" the problem since the interwiki is then sorted after the iw list in the source code. In order to reproduce the bug, check this diff: http://nn.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Recentchangestext&oldid=1833795 I am now positive that all that is needed is to add nb to the custom interwiki sorting list for nn.wp; a minor edit, right?

@Christoffer: Try editing (or ask a sysop to edit) [[nn:MediaWiki:Interwiki config-sorting order]] to put "nb" after "no". Does that do it for you?
