I see there are three people voting in favour of enabling these settings, and one opposing them. I am assuming that this /is/ an acceptable majority on uk.wikinews, since [[:uk:n:Special:ActiveUsers]] shows only 8 users with editcount > 30 in the past 30 days, and three of six most active users (> 50 edits) voted in favour. Will send a commit later today.

Are you sure you want to use en-5, uk-5 etc.? uk.wiki doesn't use them.
