There was a discussion on the UzWP about namespace move and redirs: https://uz.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikipediya:Forum/Texnik_savollar#Nomfazolararo_yo.CA.BBnaltirishlar
Basically we need to move Tasvir: (transl. 'Image') and Tasvir munozarasi: (transl. 'Image talk') to Fayl: ('File') and 'Fayl munozarasi: ('File talk') respectively; old names would be kept as aliases.
Also new aliases for Vikipediya: - VP: and Vikipediya munozarasi: - VM: (akin to WP: and WT: on the English Wikipedia).

"File" is actually a MediaWiki i18n request, I've sent it as https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/58687/

Just committed a patchset adding the two requested aliases for NS_PROJECT and NS_PROJECT_TALK.

Please in the future, use https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:AdvancedTranslate for changing namespace name, special page aliases and magic words for all of MediaWiki.
