All HTML preservation should be changed to store the full HTML of the node/annotation and use the HTML store. This means removing the html/* attributes from nodes, and the strange things (original tag name and attributes) we put in annotations.

This also needs corresponding changes in the CE code for whitelisted rendering.

Roan tells me we went in a different direction with this.
