the first entry has as version time stamp the current time:

Looks like there is no timestamp saved as log param, when wfTimestamp gets a null or 0, it will return the current timestamp.

Now I get:

On 11:54, 10 April 2013 the revision https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Gailenkirchen&oldid=47950271&diff=prev was restored. When I opened this bug the revision was deleted. Maybe the review log shows the current time as revision time when the revision is deleted.

The last line contains the current time as revision time. The revision is deleted. I changed the summary.
