Should be easily fixed. Use the BC method instead in ULS.

We still want MLEB to be compatible with the latest version of 1.19, so this should be resolved.

This should be fixed for MLEB 2013.04 before we introduce new issues that break backwards compatibility.

This issue was resolved. However, ULS compatibility with 1.19 will no longer be maintained.
