After deleting and reinstalling the app, credentials are still stored in the keychain so we don't pull up the login prompt.

We also don't refresh the initially-empty list, and you can't successfully pull the 'pull to refresh' tab.

Workaround is to go into settings and flip debug mode on and off, but this is nonobvious.

Recommend auto-refreshing if there are no items.

Switch to iOS component.

I'm gonna consider this a release blocker as it is real crappy behavior.

[master 1a872bf] Bug 46808: fix refresh when upload list empty

This fixes the refresh. It's still sub-ideal but should be good enough for now since you can actually fix it yourself obviously as a user and it should be an edge case... in theory ;)
