Currently only the main namespace is included in the default search ($wgNamespacesToBeSearchedDefault). Please change to also include the "Projekt" namespace. Please note that this is not the same as the NS_PROJECT/Wikimedia namespace.

Yes, content namespaces are usually searched by default, but not all namespaces searched by default are content namespaces (see Commons and Category:).
They can also ask that if they want the namespace to be included by Special:Random and the statistics, but better on another bug.
