A feedback entry that is highlighted gets duplicated on screen after you moderate it.

see attached screenshot.

It seems to happen if the feedback is highlighted by section-anchor

Steps to reproduce:

* must be logged in to moderate
1) submit feedback on a page
2) follow link that is provided (in this case http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Artikelr%C3%BCckmeldungen_v5/Schach&ref=cta#04f758d06ef9662828ca90b11c28d444 )
3) moderate your own post

or

1) go to central feedback page
2) click on "feedback" (the link with the feedback-html-anchor)
3) moderate the post on top that is highlighted
