On [[de:Unicodeblock Äthiopisch, erweitert-A]] I do not have the "edit links" link. But the French interwiki is there, and as the article never had language links, it is fetched from Wikidata, so this can't be an old cached view from the time before Wikidata. The relevant HTML is <div id="p-lang" role="navigation" class="portal"> <h3>In anderen Sprachen</h3> <div class="body"> <ul> <li class="interwiki-fr"><a lang="fr" hreflang="fr" title="Table des caractères Unicode/UAB00" href="//fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_des_caract%C3%A8res_Unicode/UAB00">Français</a></li> <li class="wbc-editpage wbc-nolanglinks" id="wbc-linkToItem"/> </ul> </div> </div> Without knowing how it should work, I guess that the class wbc-nolanglinks is wrong. Purging the article will fix the issue, as I could test on other instances of this bug. The French article shows both the link to de and to Wikidata.
Did you purge the page? I see the "edit links" just fine...
I didn't, and it's still missing for me (with German interface). Served by mw1091 in 0.156 secs. Adding ?uselang=en shows the "edit links" and the English link I just added. Other examples (But I added an English link there, too): [[de:Unicodeblock Georgisch]] Served by mw1209 in 0.153 secs. [[de:Unicodeblock Glagolitisch]] Served by mw1112 in 0.148 secs.
Hmmm all 3 of them show the link to edit language links. Which browser are you using?
(In reply to comment #3) > Hmmm all 3 of them show the link to edit language links. Which browser are > you > using? Firefox 10.0.3 (and, no, I can't update). But now the edit links are there for me, too, probably the automatic purge after I added the en-link worked as it should work. But please have a look at the HTMl I posted in comment #0. If there is a class "wbc-nolanglinks" class though the links do come from Wikidata I don't think this is a browser issue. Other examples (where I won't add an English link just now): [[de:Unicodeblock_Syloti_Nagri]] [[de:Unicodeblock Vereinheitlichte Silbenzeichen kanadischer Ureinwohner, erweitert]] [[de:Unicodeblock Verschiedene Symbole und Pfeile]] In every of these cases: * The French link is there. * The link must come from Wikidata, as it wasn't in the article before. * There is a second item with class wbc-nolanglinks. * No "edit links" is shown. * It works in fr.wikipedia. * It works with a uselang=en.
As I now added an English link to the examples above, they will update and probably display correctly. So here some new examples I got by using "random page": [[de:Abraham Jacob van der Aa]] [[de:Alkenylgruppe]] [[de:Ephialtes (Gigant)]]
Two more examples reported by another user: [[de:Adolf Bibič]] and [[de:Samuel Žbogar]].
sorry, cannot reproduce.
