Once this extension enabled, all the special page become white. I tried a test wiki which runing MW 1.20.3 and php 5.3. This extension works just fine in that test wiki.

You should really at least do some basic debugging and post the results:

I cannot confirm a bug: I compiled the latest PHP 5.4.13 version on http://openid-wiki2.instance-proxy.wmflabs.org/wiki/ and it works both as provider or consumer without problems.

Closing the bug as invalid.

PHP 	5.5.0beta2 (apache2handler)
