I'm seeing multiple suggestions from one and the same machine translation source. As far as I know, they only return one translation, so I'm assuming something is wrong.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Edit the "Off-line translation" message.
3. Check the translation helpers.

Observed:
I. There are 3 Microsoft suggestions.

Expected:
II. 1 Microsoft suggestion

Expected behavior and a sign of bad maintenance when it happens for file based message groups. For translatable pages, it was resolved recently, and it happened because there was no page containing the source text.
