In IE9 on Windows Vista, "Loading messages..." does not complete.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to URL

Observed:
I. "Loading messages..." does not complete

Expected:
II. "Loading messages..." completes

Additional information:
* This does work on IE10.

This issue was fixed by fixing on of the other issues for Internet Explorer today. It can no longer be reproduced.
