A JavaScript error occurs when trying to filter messages in IE9.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Put cursor in the "Filter list" field (top right)
3. Type any one character

Observed:
I. The list of messages is not being filtered
II. Developer tools report the following JavaScript error:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'definition': object is null or undefined 
ext.translate.messagetable.js, line 302 character 5

Expected:
III. List of messages is being filtered.
IV. No JS errors.

I see this error in chrome too. So re-titling
