Description Sage Ross 2013-04-09 19:13:20 UTC
I was trying to set up [[MediaWiki:Course header]], to replace the template that is current used at the top of course pages to style them and provide links, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Course_page_2/Header

I found that the page displayed differently with [[MediaWiki:Course header]] versus including the template with the same code at the top of the page text section. That template creates a box around the entire contents of the page text section. But the box closes before the page text begins when it is included via [[MediaWiki:Course header]].

If it would be simple to change this behavior, so that the header was integrated fully with the page text section, then let's do that. If it would not be simple then please close WONTFIX, as it will probably be irrelevant after we have the UI/UX team work on the course page design in general (hopefully in the next few months).
