Strange bug: some uploads via the lead image upload workflow are showing up as "undefined" when added as thumbnails to the article:

Currently just confirmed on English Wikipedia, but may also be appearing on other local wikis.

This could be related to bad filenames. It seems the error for a bad filename for example doesn't mention anything about an error occurring.
