Whenever some email goes out of labs instance, it's delivered to inbox of wmf ops. This shouldn't happen, whatever else will be a better solution than this
btw reason why I am making this high priority is that lot of people from ops complain about spam right now, and any solution I attempt to do to prevent people being able to send email is reverted by puppet. So something needs to be done on labs level right now.
High prio maybe, but not highest (and not critical either, see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Fields#Priority ). :)
nobody gave any response to this but no one complains either. I am closing and if anyone from ops will ever jump and shout their inbox is getting filled up by spam I will slap them and link here
