It looks like the translated message misses spaces around the $3 variable: ./languages/messages/MessagesZh_hans.php:'enotif_body_intro_changed' => '{{SITENAME}}页面$1已于$PAGEEDITDATE被$2{{GENDER:$2|更改}}，请浏览$3查看当前版本。', Affected messages: 'enotif_body_intro_created' 'enotif_body_intro_moved' 'enotif_body_intro_restored' 'enotif_body_intro_changed' However, it seems like it's common to not have space around variables? This might be something to discuss with the Chinese translators. Not sure where to move this bug report.

If $3 is a URL, spaces are usually needed to properly mark the end of that URL for softwares making links automatically, especially it's in some plain text environment...
