Please allow an higher account creation limit for IP 159.213.138.5 on it.wiki for a GLAM event between WMI and Tuscany's public libraries on April 15 from 10 am to 5 pm (UTC)

the maximum capacity of the auditorium where it will be held it's 99 people, so I think 100 it's safe limit
