Article that matches the lead image upload heuristic, but no upload button displayed

See attached screenshot of the [[A cappella]] article – I am logged in and should see an upload call to action at the top of this page. Confirmed in both stable and beta.

Donate image button does display on my Uploads page.

Works for me in Safari in iOS simulator and in Firefox...

Maryana has gadgets. This is actually caused by bug 44918
