The current deployment window for English Wikipedia is every other Monday at 11:00 am Pacific / 18:00 UTC. The window lasts until 13:00 Pacific / 20:00 UTC even though it rarely takes that long.

Safe bet to run the tests is probably at 13:15 Pacific/20:15 UTC (I added in the :15 just to be safe regarding caching, but I just made the number up, you might have a better idea on that).

Note: the UTC time will change when the US does Daylight Savings Time switches; deploys windows are "pinned" to the Pacific timezone.

The tests run twice a day, at 3am and 6pm UTC:

I know that is not what you have asked for. Should we change the time when production tests run, or is the new time good enough?

No reply in almost two months, closing. Greg, feel free to reopen if you think production tests should be run in different time than the rest of the tests. Be warned that in that case you will be added to the list of the people that get e-mail notification when the tests fail. :)
