Show newlines as a visible linebreak.  For example, in https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Schema:Sandbox&oldid=5418329 , "Another line" should appear as an apparent (not using a 'p' element) new paragraph.

Excellent suggestion, this should hugely improve the readability of long descriptions (particularly for enums).
