Description jesus.perez 2013-04-24 08:04:54 UTC
Hello,

When I added and saved a comment to a post wrote in Bugzilla I didn't watch it. However, when I came back to add the same comment, Bugzilla advices me that I wrote it before.

The difference between write a post and a comment is that to send a post you need "Submit Bug" and to send a comment you need "Save changes".

So, I didn't know if my new comment has been sent.

Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to report this!

I'm not sure if I understand the problem. After adding a new comment, Bugzilla displays the bug report again and you can see the comment at the bottom of the page (if you use the default sorting settings in Bugzilla).

I agree though that "Save Changes" sounds confusing (but adding a comment is only one kind of change that you can do in Bugzilla).

If you want to receive bugmail notifications, you'd have to add yourself to the "CC list" of a bug report.

Is there anything else unclear? I'm not sure how to "fix" this report, so I'd be glad to get more information. :)

Hello,

I attach you a snapshots file with my problem.

I have checked now that when I have attached a file has been appeared "Submit" buttom instead of "Save changes".

Thank you.
Regards

What are the exact steps to reproduce the problem?
Where do you click on "My Bugs"? At the left?
And from there you click another time to access this bug report?

Glad it works for you now, though I'm still confused why your browser would show a cached, outdated version.
