The function in our CreateAccount browser test at https://github.com/wikimedia/qa-browsertests/blob/master/features/step_definitions/create_account_steps.rb that checks for RL errors is returning a message "Missing modules: ext.gettingstarted.echo." as of today, April 29

forgot to mention, this is seen on test2wiki  http://test2.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin

Good catch.  After the fix to bug 46585, it no longer served any purpose, but I missed part of the removal.

Fix pending review at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/61464/ .

Please don't mark fixed until it's actually merged.  We can wait a little, but if Jenkins never gets around to it, we'll need to force.

Forced it. Jenkins hadn't run after waiting 5 hours. We're deploying it tomorrow to en.wiki so need to go ahead and get it in master.
