Javascript seems disabled at Ilowiki for some browsers, javascript components of the Vector skin, WikiEditor and gadgets are not working on browsers like Firefox, Explorer, Safari and Chrome, Only Opera seems to partially work but some javascripts are still not working for wikiminiatlas and user/js. I tried other Wikipedia sites and they all work with the browsers mentioned above.

Probably caused by the code at https://ilo.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Vector.js (which seems to be lifted from the Vector extension). Have a local sysop kill that, the bug to implement this functionality in core is bug 43689 and it has a patch already.
The error is in the JavaScript part added by [[ilo:MediaWiki:Common.js]].

I think it was only the Vector one. Marking as INVALID, since this isn't a server-side issue, and I'm glad you got it fixed. :)
