Observed

When I use an unknown parameter in a message, save it, and refresh Special:Translate[1], the message is marked as outdated. When I open the editor, I see the warning "This translation may need to be updated."

I would expect to see "Following parameter is unknown: $1" instead[2]

[2] https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Createacct-benefit-body2/nl&action=edit&uselang=en

See attached screenshots of editor for [1] and editor for [2].

I'm pretty sure this was part of acceptance criteria in one of our stories/tasks.

Anyway, if the message is fuzzy, we should run the checks immediately and not wait until the user starts making changes.
