See the screenshot; what it's informing me is that Deskana posted in the section called "test" on my talkpage. However, the context is unclear; is it the /section/ called "test"? Did he post the phrase "test"?

Section may not actually be useful context for us to include, since the link takes users through to the section (and therefore the section title) anyway.

It's not the section, it's the edit summary.

Since when? It doesn't at all, see bug 47954.
