Account creations are not being logged on <https://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/>, a newly setup project.

As you can see in the Recent Changes <https://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges> several new users have registered and are editting on the wiki, however account creations are not being logged in the user creation log, nor appear anywhere.

for confirmation.

This is harmful because, among other things, prevents proper wiki maintenance and anti-abuse activities.
