Requesting reviews of work proposals might be better on a corresponding mailing list - Bugzilla is for bug reports and enhancement requests.

Please turn this bug report into something specific that actually describes the problem and not only links to some wikipage of yours. Also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug

Plus why is this filed under "WikidataClient"?

Andre: Our GSoC guide asks student to link to their proposals from Bugzilla bugs which they try to resolve. It seems this student misunderstood the request and filed this bug only to "make a link".

Given the original request was to "review the proposal" and the proposal itself has obviously been reviewed (and unfortunately, rejected). I guess we can close this bug now?
